Gillette is Genius, Gillette has taught genius marketing strategy to the whole world. Gillette was having problem whenever they used to sell their razors. It's competitor would decrease the price of the razor and sell them, so Gillette had always problem in selling their razor, then they had a genius plan. They started to sell their razors in loss at lower price, although it's costs 10 rupees, but Gillette will sell it 8 rupees & bear loss of 2 rupees, and earn through selling the blades because it's consumable, where it can earn extra 2 rupees. Whenever people's use to go in shops they started buying Gillette razors due to its low cost, and many businesses started copying it. For example, Kodak in Camera. They Reduce The Camera Price & increased reel price. In printer they lowered it's cost & increased the ink price. In video game's, most of the gaming consoles are in loses but they earn through game's. Likewise, DTH Boxes are in loses but earn by monthly rentals.
